Regarding the abduction and release of Sessions Judge Waziristan Shakirullah Marwat, it has been revealed that crores of rupees have been given for the release of the judge. Senior journalist Aizaz Syed has claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government gave five crore rupees for the judge’s release, while according to other sources, Rs 7 crore was paid.
Azaz Syed said in the program ‘Talk Shock’ that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has paid 5 crore rupees for the release of the judge and Sher Afzal Marwat played the main role in it.
On the other hand, the police report claims that the judge was released through an operation.
It should be noted that Sessions Judge Waziristan was abducted at the junction of Tank and Dera Ismail Khan by unknown persons at gunpoint and the judge’s security guard was released and his car was set on fire.
Two days later, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Saif informed District and Sessions Judge Waziristan Shakirullah Marwat regarding the recovery.

He said that Judge Shakirullah has brought Marwat safely to his house.
On the other hand, the sources of News Peshawar Bureau today say that seven crore rupees were paid for the release of the judge, but no one was released on the demand of the kidnappers. My freed sources also say that the abductors wanted to take Judge Shakirullah Marwat across the border, but earlier efforts were made in time and the judge was released.
