The preparedness of tourism workers must be ensured to be able to respond to a number of challenges in the development of world tourism trends.

“In an era full of change, including in the tourism sector, the answer must be the readiness of tourism workers who are skilled and able to improve the quality of service to tourists,” said Deputy Chair of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly Lestari Moerdijat in a written statement, Friday (3/5).

Rerie, who is also a member of Commission Rerie assesses that improving the quality of human resources is an important part of the national tourism development process.
