Internship offer: Assistant Sports Presentation Project Manager
From end of August/beginning of September 2024 – 6 months
OUR AGENCY
● Aono is an agency supporting sports stakeholders (advertisers, federations, clubs, athletes) in the definition and deployment of their Partnership and Fan Experience strategy.
● We help them achieve their objectives by deploying digital experiences (SoMe, Brand content) and field experiences (Ex and In stadia, at Point of sale, etc.).
● Our clients include the FFF, FFR, EDF, KFC, SFR, Intermarché, Arkema, etc.
YOUR MISSIONS
● You will be in direct contact with the Stadium Experience Manager in order to deliver the Sports Presentation Program for the agency’s clients
● Our philosophy and our mode of operation mean that your missions will have a direct impact on the agency’s performance:
○ Strategy:
■ Monitoring and benchmarking
■ Reflection around devices
○ Operations:
■ Project monitoring: production of support documents, briefs, coordination of different partners, logistics management
■ Operational delivery of events: on-site coordination, monitoring of the perfect progress of operations
■ Carrying out detailed assessments
YOUR PROFILE
● We are looking for an assistant project manager in the Sports Presentation department
● M1/M2 student at university or business school, specializing in marketing/communication. A passion for sport and in-depth knowledge of football and rugby would be a plus
● The candidate must be proactive, energetic, curious and demonstrate autonomy and rigor
● Mastery of the Office suite on PC (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is necessary
● Basics in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or AutoCAD can be a plus
TYPE OF CONTRACT
● Approved internship, gap year or end-of-study internship
● Position based in Paris 17th, for availability from the end of August/beginning of September 2024
● Duration: 6 months minimum
● Internship allowance: €800 + transport ticket (100%)
