England – Egyptian star Mohamed Salah appeared on Thursday for the first time in Liverpool training following his argument with his coach Jurgen Klopp during the confrontation with West Ham last weekend.
The British Sky Sports network published a video showing Salah in training and said that the Egyptian star appeared smiling and happy in the team’s training before facing Tottenham next Sunday in the 36th round of the English Premier League.
Salah had entered into a verbal altercation with Liverpool coach Klopp during the Reds’ disappointing 2-2 draw with West Ham United last Saturday in the 35th round of the English Premier League.
Salah started the match on the bench before Klopp brought him on as a substitute in the 79th minute instead of Luis Diaz, and just seconds before the Egyptian star entered, Michel Antonio scored the equalizer for West Ham (2-2).
After his team conceded this goal, Klopp went to Salah, who was preparing to enter, and addressed him with some words that angered the Egyptian star, causing the two to enter into a verbal altercation, before Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez intervened and broke up the clash.
According to “The Athletic” website, Salah has not decided to leave Liverpool despite his recent crisis with Klopp, and is expected to remain with the team during the next season.
Liverpool occupies third place in the league and is five points behind leaders Arsenal, three stages before the end of the competition.
