Asunción, IP Agency.- From the end of May, interested families will now be able to apply to access their first home, through the Che Róga Porã housing programme, driven by the Government, through the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat (MUVH).
The third phase begins today, which includes the dissemination of the intentions of the companies developing the possible projects or where they want to build the homes. There are more than 120 companies already qualified, which have the possibility of submitting proposals for up to 50 homes.
The presentation of the projects by the developers is carried out through the web platform www.cherogapora.gov.py and once approved by the technical team of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat, the proposals will be available to citizens.
The minister of the said institution, Juan Carlos Baruja, stated that the projection is that this program will reach 14,320 houses.
The Che Róga Porã program will benefit families throughout the national territory with incomes between 1 and 4 minimum wages, who will be able to access their own home for up to G. 400,000,000 with financing of up to 30 years, at 6.5% of annual interest.
The program will have easy access for citizens to carry out the first procedures. It can be done from your cell phone by entering the available website or you can also go to the physical office on Avda. Mariscal López corner Brasil.
Baruja explained that the interesting thing regarding the program is that interested companies can present their projects, both housing and/or apartments, according to their criteria, so that the MUVH specialists can enable those presented, according to the provisions of the Resolution No. 663/24.
The institution establishes that the proposals of real estate developers must adhere to a series of technical provisions established by the MUVH for approval, which seeks to guarantee quality in construction.
