This is below normal, and it will only be significantly warmer on May 1st. There will be little rain and this will mainly occur from May 5 to 7.

The second week of May will be warmer, generally +13… +18 °C. At the same time, there will be even more rain. According to forecasts, on Victory Day the air will warm up to +15… +20 °C. Rain is likely from May 10 to 13.
— The second half of May will take place with a background daytime temperature of +17… +22 °С, which is 1-2 °С warmer than the climate, frosts during this period are unlikely and rains are more probable at the end of the second – the beginning of the third decade of the month, — added in Phobos.
