Kickl posted a certificate: “Good news for my supporters, less good news for my opponents…”

The report published on Facebook states: “Mr. Kickl is currently in very good general and nutritional condition.” “Good news for my supporters, less good news for my opponents…” Kickl himself commented on his findings.

Five days ago – probably due to the public pressure caused by rumors that had been launched – Kickl had himself examined by a doctor. Not only is he well fed, his immune system is also within the normal range. Kickl’s lifestyle also finds medical approval: “It should certainly also be mentioned that he regularly does sporting activities, which in turn explains these good parameters.”

Kickl is not the first veteran politician who has had to convince the public with a medical report. During the 2016 presidential election campaign, Alexander Van der Bellen felt forced to prove that he did not have cancer. Former FPÖ leader Heinz-Christian Strache published negative drug results twice in his political career in order to refute corresponding rumors.
