Man reveals how he kidnapped a woman with a rifle who was later found dead in Florida

After the kidnapping and murder of Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas in Orange County in Miami, Florida, United States, three were linked to the case.
Jordanish Torres-García told police investigators that he was hired to kidnap Guerrero de Aguasvivas and deliver her to another person who has not yet been identified.
Torres-García revealed that whoever hired him would pay him US$1,500 for this work. He also mentioned that he was the masked man seen in the video that surfaced in which Katherine was kidnapped from her vehicle while she was at a traffic light.
In this video, you can see how Torres-García gets out of a green Acura vehicle, opens the door of Katherine’s car and points a semi-automatic rifle at her, then kidnaps her.
García also told the authorities that the weapon was unloaded and that they gave it to him half an hour before the vehicle was stolen.
Hours following the kidnapping, Guerrero de Aguasvivas was found dead inside her vehicle that had been burned in another county in the Orlando area. The authorities indicated that her body had several bullet wounds.
In addition to García, Kevin Ocasio Justiniano was arrested in Puerto Rico on charges of weapons possession and drug trafficking and another of those involved in this case.
There is a third detainee named Giovany Joel Crespo Hernández who reported to the authorities and faces charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell and also trafficking of fentanyl.
Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma commented that “this case is regarding drugs and money.”
