The amendment was submitted on the evening of Friday 26/4, which provides the possibility to private doctors to carry out surgical operations in public hospitals. The amendment was submitted to the bill of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family to reform the program “Housing and Work for the Homeless”which is introduced for discussion and voting in the plenary session of the Parliament, tomorrow, Holy Monday.
With its provisions amendment the possibility is provided to private doctors of all specialties to practice in YOUparticipating in the operation of outpatient clinics, in the performance of diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures, beyond regular hours, and to perform surgeries or other invasive procedures that require a stay in the hospital, beyond day hospitalization, under specific conditions.
The private doctors during their cooperation with the NHS hospitals, they are obliged to cover all kinds of expenses of the hospital, resulting from their cooperation with it, in particular operational expenses and salary expenses and all kinds of compensations of all kinds of personnel.
