In this, a coating made of breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, cheese and mayonnaise is used to coat the fillets and then baked to perfection.

Ingredients for making Fish Fingers
- Majli, 500 grams
- Breadcrumbs, one cup
- Salt, to taste
- Flour, two tablespoons
- Mayonnaise, one tablespoon
- Lemon, cut into two
- Oil, two tablespoons
- Cheese, two tablespoons
- Ground black pepper, one teaspoon
- Egg, one egg tartare, as needed
Composition
Fry the bread slices.
Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl and add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and keep aside.
Prepare the batter for the coating
Increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius.
Spread cooking oil on a baking tray. Next, take a bowl and prepare a batter by mixing mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper.
Beat an egg
Cut the fish fillets into 1.5cm strips.
