The Viu Original regional drama series entitled Secret Ingredient, starring actors from three countries, will be broadcast in 16 countries, including Indonesia, on April 30 2024.
Actors Nicholas Saputra from Indonesia, Julia Baretto from the Philippines, and Lee Sang-heon from South Korea (South Korea) star in this drama series regarding romance and friendship.
“Working with cast and crew from different cultural backgrounds always gives a new color to the process,” said Nicholas Saputra, who plays Chef Arif in the Secret Ingredient series at the premiere of the drama series in Jakarta, Friday (26/ 4).
Secret Ingredient tells the story of Ha-joon (Lee Sang-heon), who leaves his luxurious life in Seoul, South Korea, to find his childhood sweetheart.

On a mission across three countries to find his childhood sweetheart, Ha-joon works on the kitchen crew at a luxury hotel in Jakarta.
There, he meets Maya (Julia Baretto) and Arif (Nicholas Saputra), and their meeting presents a story regarding love, friendship and conflict.
Julia Baretto is happy to be working with Nicholas and Sang-heon.

Apart from presenting stories regarding love and friendship, Secret Ingredient serves a variety of delicious dishes.
