As reported by the Lithuanian Genocide and Resistance Research Center (LGGRTC), the ceremony organized by the Rwandan Ambassador to Lithuania Olivier JP Nduhungirehe together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the LGGRTC will start at 15:00.

Ambassadors or representatives of these embassies, NATO officials of Israel, France, Italy, Japan, India, Canada, Poland, United States of America, Armenia, Sarkartvel, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Holland, Sweden, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark plan to participate in the event. .

The ceremony will begin with a candle lighting ceremony and a moment of silence. Speeches will be made by Vytautas Pinkus, head of the Global Affairs Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Arūnas Bubnys, general director of LGGRTC, a documentary film regarding Rwanda will be shown, verses will be read, reports of scientists, and the closing speech will be given by the ambassador of Rwanda.
