– Keep the body hydrated, as water constitutes a significant percentage of its total nutritional value, reducing the risk of dehydration.

– Promote eye health, as it is rich in beta-carotene, which the body transforms into vitamin A, known for its effective role in improving the sense of vision and reducing the incidence of macular degeneration.

– Weight loss, thanks to its low calorie content, in addition to the ability of its dietary fibers to keep the stomach full for long hours.
