The New York Supreme Court has overturned the rape conviction once morest former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and ordered a retrial. As justification, the judges on Thursday referred to procedural errors during the trial. Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in prison in New York in 2020 for sexual abuse and rape.
