Security and entrance
During the season, the arena will always open 90 minutes before kick-off – for this match, therefore, the clock 17.30. The entrances closes at half time.
Remaining since last season, it is general bag ban which prevails at all our events in the Allsvenskan until further notice. It is therefore not permitted to bring any kind of bags or cash into the arena. Exceptions are made only for bags containing necessary medical equipment/medicines. The bags will be subject to inspection.
We want to make all visitors pay attention to that the road behind the seating stands is blocked off at all our match events. This means that there is a fence at the main entrance of the seating area that goes over to the hockey hall – you cannot pass through here. Be careful which side you choose to walk around the arena so you don’t have to take a long detour.
Visitation of all visitors in the standing room will be carried out. A selective inspection is carried out in the seating sections.
In connection with the expansion of the arena, this year we have a number of new grandstand sections and thus also new ones entrances. To Familjeläktaren (M), (Swedbankläktaren) the entrance is directly to the right of the main entrance to the seating stand. Our seating section (J) of the standing grandstand has its entrance in the northwest corner of the arena, alternatively behind the grandstand, depending on the security situation.
Bortastå has its entrance directly behind the respective stands.
In the arena
In the arena we have kiosks open in the seating sections as well as home and away. We offer a regular kiosk selection of hot and cold drinks. We also sell hot dogs with bread in all sections. At home, the number of serving points has been increased to three, including two kiosks and a beer cart.
We remind our seated guests that it is now available two additional kiosks set up behind the stands which can be advantageously used to reduce queues at half-time.
Vi urges everyone to get to the arena in good time, there will easily be queues for ticket booths, visitation and entrances if everyone arrives at the same time with less than 30 minutes left until kick-off.
At half-time, seated visitors have the opportunity to go over to the Rocklunda restaurant and take part in their selection – passage takes place via the main entrance.
Souvenirs/merch
Souvenirs/merch are sold this spring merchshop which is located just to the right of the seating main entrance, outside the arena. The shop opens at 17.30 and here you buy things before the match and before entering the arena. New neckwear has arrived which we now sell in our merchshop and in the kiosk on the seat.
Parking
Around the stadium – nothing special to report regarding parking problems ahead of this match.
Bring something GREEN and WHITE and sing
We encourage all our visitors to bring something with them Greenish white to the arena. In connection with the VSK song being sung before kick-off, our announcer will ask everyone to stand up and hold up a scarf or something else green and white. Of course, we hope everyone sings along to the lyrics – it will be shown on the arena’s LED screens.
