WhatsApp has provided great convenience to the users

WhatsApp is constantly working on new and exciting features so that users don’t have to switch to other services.

One such new feature is coming soon to the Meta-owned messaging app that will help users organize chats.

A report by wabetainfo stated that the chat filters feature in WhatsApp has been introduced in the beta version of Android devices.

With this feature, the user interface of WhatsApp is also being simplified to provide more convenience to the users.

The report stated that 3 chat filters will be available to the users in WhatsApp namely All, Unread (unread) and Group.

As the name suggests, clicking All will show all your chats on the home feed.

If you choose unread, only the chats that you have not read will be visible, while clicking on the group filter will allow you to see only the group chats.

Under the chat filter, options to access locked chats and archived chats will also be given in WhatsApp.

This feature is currently in beta version and is available to limited users, so it is difficult to say when the company will roll it out to all users.

Earlier, WhatsApp had also started testing the end-to-end encrypted caption feature in Android devices.

On opening the chat under this feature, a lock icon and end-to-end encrypted is visible under the username.
