IPTime, which was considered a somewhat passive move into the Wi-Fi 6E market, returned to the market following a long time with a model called “AX7800M-6E”. MediaTek, rather than Realtek, which has long been used for upper and lower models, was chosen as the draw for Wi-Fi 6E’s 6 GHz channel, which provides more than twice as many channels as the 5 GHz we use . familiar with.
Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E operate on essentially the same Wi-Fi standard, but Wi-Fi 6E provides a new frequency band from 5.925 GHz to 7.125 GHz, allowing for an additional 1.2 MHz of spectrum .
