For each CS game only, tickets will be sold using “dynamic pricing,” where prices for all seat types will fluctuate.
Prices may vary even for the same seat type depending on block, seat location, etc.

The prices in the table below are the “standard prices” set at the time of sales start.
Please note that the “standard price” set for QF and SF is different.
Seat type (common to QF and SF)
Tickets are sold as “all reserved seats.” There are no unreserved seats for sale.
Some seat types will be sold as “closed-out seats” and “2nd floor standing tickets.”
Seating settings, block numbers, and seat numbers are different from the regular season.

Ticket payment methods and refunds
Payment is limited to “credit card” and “PayPay”.
Since both QF and SF have a two-game win system, tickets for Game 3 will be fully refunded if the event is not held.
Also, even if you are eliminated in QF, SF tickets will be fully refunded.

2023-24 season Sanen Neo Phoenix Booster Club Pre-sale limited to TEAM30 members
In order to allow as many customers as possible to watch the game, we will set limits on the number of tickets purchased during advance sales based on membership type.
Additionally, purchases during the advance period will only be made once.
The pre-sale period is 24 hours from the start.

Closed seats
For each seat type in “1st floor stand center” and “1st floor stands A, B, C”, “close-out seats” will be sold from the general release date.
Close-out seats may not be able to see the game, the players, or the court because the seats are raised in front of you or the goal arms overlap in your field of view. Please note on your purchase beforehand.
Wheelchair seat
We only sell “1st floor wheelchair seats”.
Please note that only CS tickets will be sold as “B.LEABUE tickets”.
Additionally, caregivers will not be able to enter unless they purchase a ticket for the same seat type.
