Allah, there is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting. Neither sleep nor sleep will take you away from Him.
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Who is there to intercede with Him except by His permission?
He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they do not encompass any of His knowledge except what He wills.
His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and His Lord has preserved them, and He is the Most High, the Great.

There is no god but Allah, the Prophet
my soul is in the heavens and I am filled with ardh, man dzalladzii yasyfa’u ‘indahuu except as idznih
Ya’lamu maa baina aidiihim wa maa khalfahum, wa laa yuhiithuuna bisyai im min ‘ilmihii illaa bimaa syaa’

It means:
Allah, there is no God (who deserves to be worshipped) but He Who lives forever and continues to take care of (His creatures), neither sleepy nor sleep. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on the earth. No one can intercede with God without His permission? Allah knows all that is before them and behind them, and they do not know anything of Allah’s knowledge except what He wills. God’s seat covers the heavens and the earth. And God does not find it difficult to preserve both of them, and God is High and Great.
You can practice this Ayat Kursi every day and include it in your prayers following prayer. (Z-12)
