The State Electoral Institute of Hidalgo (IEEH) held the second of the 18 Local Council Debates that are held among the candidates registered to compete in the Hidalgo 2024 Elections. This second Debate was held between those contending for District 11 Tulancingo de Bravo.
The debate was broadcast in real time through the different social media accounts of this Electoral Authority and various media outlets that joined in the dissemination of this idea exchange exercise between the candidates who aspire to the Local Congress for District 11. .
In accordance with what is established in the Guidelines for the organization of these democratic meetings, the opinion of the citizens was taken into account in the selection of the topics to be debated through triggering questions, derived from this, the following topics were selected: Education, Health and Anti-Corruption. The Debate consisted of 4 blocks, each with a 2-minute slot for each candidacy, so each of them managed their own time in order to guarantee an adequate scenario to carry out replicas.
During this broadcast, the Candidates of the Green Ecologist Political Parties of Mexico participated; from work; Citizen Movement and Common Candidacies “Strength and Heart for Hidalgo” and “Let’s Continue Making History in Hidalgo.”
The Debate was moderated by Alan Daniel Hernández Jiménez and Nadia Adriana Mejía Mejía, who explained the dynamics and rules to be followed by the participating candidates, remembering that each opinion expressed would be the responsibility of whoever expressed it.
During the first of the three blocks the topic to be discussed was Education. The question determined by citizens was: What would be your proposal and actions to guarantee the education of early childhood girls and boys?
According to the previously established order of participation, the first participant was Erika del Carmen Tello Arenas, Candidate of the Citizen Movement Party. The second participation was from Raúl Renan Sánchez Parra, Candidate for the Common Candidacy “Strength and Heart for Hidalgo”, followed by Salvador Sosa Arroyo, Candidate of the Labor Party; later, Arturo Gómez Canales, Candidate of the Common Candidacy “Let’s Continue Making History in Hidalgo”, and finally Alejandro de la Concha Ortiz, Candidate of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico.
Electoral Councils of this Institute, as well as Party Leaders and Representations and the media attended this democratic exercise.
