He imposed on the sports association with the name “KAE AEK” the administrative sanction of holding two (2) sports meetings as the home team, without the presence of spectators in any national event it participates in, due to throwing on the playing field by one of its fans, during holding of the basketball match between KAE APOLLON PATRAS – AEK which took place on 06-04-2024 in Patras for the playouts of the Basket League 2023-2024, a glass bottle which was shattered, i.e. an object capable of causing bodily harm to the nearby police bodies and spectators. Given that the dismissed union has already been punished by the no. 1/2024 of the DEAB Act for a similar violation is subject to retrial, in which case a double administrative sanction is imposed. Pursuant to Article 10 of Law 5085/2024″.
