On the occasion of the European Crafts Days, the French Confederation of Crafts of Excellence and Luxury (CFMA) is organizing its exhibition “De Main de Maître” at the Bastille Design Center, 74 Boulevard Richard Lenoir in the 11th arrondissement , until April 8, bringing together around fifty artisans who each came to present their know-how.

Jewelers, couturiers, ceramists but also cabinetmakers are invited to exhibit their work and promote their craftsmanship. This year the exhibition presents a series of 15 photographs of the winners of the “French professional photography medals” competition for the 2023 edition headed by the French Federation of Photography and Image Professions. As part of “Fashion and Artistic Crafts”, dresses created in collaboration with seven craftsmen, by members of the French Federation of Custom Creation in Paris will also be exhibited.
“De Main de Maître” is intended to be a time of exchange during which curious visitors can speak with arts and crafts schools such as La Bonne Graine or Paris College of Art in order to find out regarding pathways leading to craft professions.
