On the other hand, for the category of Low Income users, the study determined that the average bill in La Rioja is $1.725 while the country average is $9.135. Again in this case La Rioja was left with the lowest rate in all of Argentina.
“As of March 2024, Resolution 7/24 of the National Energy Secretariat is in force, which sets the seasonal prices of electrical energy for the period February-April 2024 throughout the national territory.”says the report.
