Nequi is working correctly today. However, it announced that on April 8 it will carry out routine maintenance and, therefore, its users will not be able to access the platform in the early hours of that day.
This was announced by the digital wallet. It sent a notification to all its users, where it clarified that people will not be able to enter between 1:30 and 3:30 in the morning on that date. He assured that at other times of the day it will operate normally.

The application indicated that its desire is to cause as little discomfort as possible to its users, for that reason it announced eight days in advance regarding the routine update, which will improve performance. Furthermore, this problem will only be in the early hours of the morning and on a Monday.
Nequi added in a statement: “we understand the impact and usefulness that Nequi has for people. Precisely, thinking regarding your well-being, we develop actions that will help us achieve increasing stability and keep our technology at the forefront, to accompany our users in their daily lives.”
The digital wallet is one of the most popular in Colombia, given its birth by Bancolombia, one of the most traditional banks in the country. Today these two companies are in a separation process that is still in force.
