Indonesian national team COACH Shin Tae-yong revealed that Justin Hubner and Nathan Tjoe-A-On cannot be confirmed to strengthen the U-23 national team in the 2024 U-23 Asian Cup in Qatar.
The two players were included in the 28 players brought by Shin to undergo training camp (TC) in preparation for the U-23 Asian Cup in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
However, when asked following leading TC’s first training at the Humaidal Tayer Stadium in the Al Nasr SC complex area, Dubai, Tuesday (2/4) early morning WIB, Shin might not confirm the fate of the two players.
“For Justin Hubner and Nathan Tjoe-A-On, there is no certainty yet, so we have to look at the situation first,” said Shin, quoted from the official PSSI website, Wednesday (3/4).

On the same occasion, the coach from South Korea (South Korea) revealed that, on Thursday (4/4), three of his players, Ivar Jenner (Jong FC Utrecht), Rafael Struick (ADO Den Haag), and Pratama Arhan (Suwon FC) would join along with other players in Dubai.

“Ivar Jenner and Rafael Struick will arrive tomorrow, as will Arhan,” said Shin.
Garuda Muda is undergoing a training camp in Dubai until April 10 before competing in the 2024 U-23 Asian Cup which will be held from April 15 to May 3.
While in Dubai, Indonesia will undergo two closed trial matches once morest Saudi Arabia on April 5 and once morest the United Arab Emirates on April 8.

Indonesia is in Group A of the U-23 Asian Cup with hosts Qatar, Australia and Jordan.
