During the holy month of Ramadan, the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah prepared a comprehensive program consisting of a series of charitable initiatives to help those in need, embodying the principles of solidarity and compassion, and consolidating the concepts of giving and charitable work among employees. During the month of Ramadan every year, the Department is keen to organize and launch initiatives that It enhances its societal and humanitarian role, in addition to its main role in promoting economic development in the Emirate of Sharjah and the country.

This series of initiatives included organizing a daily iftar throughout the holy month of Ramadan for 100 fasting people at Al Aber Mosque in Sharjah, with a total of 3,000 meals during the holy month, and distributing 1,000 iftar meals in cooperation with the Sharjah Charitable Society in the Al Musalla area in Sharjah, in addition to distributing 100 iftar meals. Another daily in a Ramadan tent set up by the department in cooperation with the Department of Social Services in the city of Kalba. The department also distributed Ramadan food to the eligible category of public service employees in the department. Thus, the total number of meals distributed by the department reached 7,000 meals during the days of the blessed month.

The department, in cooperation with the Big Heart Foundation, also prepared the “Eid Clothes” initiative, which includes purchasing Eid needs for a number of children from needy families, with the aim of bringing joy to their hearts on Eid, and contributing to strengthening community cooperation.

For his part, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, expressed his appreciation to the department’s employees, who were keen to participate in the field in distributing meals to those who were fasting, stressing that this program is part of the department’s initiatives that fall within its responsibility to develop and develop society, and spread the spirit of solidarity. And solidarity among all its members, which is part of the contribution of government institutions in the emirate, including the Real Estate Registration Department, to sustainable development, which is not limited to economic development only, but extends beyond it to effective contribution to achieving social development, and working to improve the standard of living, in a manner that serves development in its broad sense. .
