At the head of the new Congolese government since Monday April 1, 2024, Judith Suminwa Tuluka experienced her first baptism of fire with the hacking of her X account by malicious people.
According to information shared by former government Planning Minister Sama Lukonde 2, the authors of this hacking use her account to extract sums of money from third parties under the pretext of positioning them politically. Therefore, she asks all the Congolese people to remain vigilant by refusing any proposal coming from her former account on X.
Judith Suminwa Tuluka nevertheless indicates that a group of experts is put on this matter in order to recover the account or to delete it. “Our agents are working on it to either delete the account or recover it.”
Before being Minister of Planning, Ms. Tuluka, who is a member of the UDPS, was a national expert in a community support project in the east of the country. She then worked in the office of the Ministry of the Budget before becoming deputy coordinator of the Presidential Strategic Monitoring Council (CPVS). She therefore becomes the first woman to occupy this prestigious chair.
