A group of small shareholders of Visibilia Editore denounces a series of “serious irregularities” in management and initiates a civil lawsuit.

November 2, 2022

News emerges that Santanchè, president and CEO between 2016 and January 2022, is under investigation for false accounting and bankruptcy for the management of Visibilia. The Milan Prosecutor’s Office also requested “judicial liquidation”, i.e. the bankruptcy of Visibilia Editore. Request made starting from a complaint from the minority shareholders and following analyzes by the Gdf Economic and Financial Police Unit.
