As reported by Spanish newspaper Marca, CR7 might become the first player to become top scorer in four different countries. Ronaldo was the top scorer in the Premier League in 2007/08 (31 goals), La Liga in 2010/11 (40) and 2013/14 (31) and also in Serie A 2020/21 (29).
It should be noted that Ronaldo is already the only footballer to top the list of top scorers in three of the top five European leagues, playing for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus.
