Russia is preparing all the necessary materials to sue Ukraine «before international courts» for «Terrorist Acts». Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Moscow Foreign Ministry, spoke regarding it during an interview with Channel One, as reported by the Russian news agency Tass. Zakharova did not explain which «international courts» they intend to “report” Ukraine to: «It is not the time to reveal “everything that is in store for the Kiev regime at this stage”: Zakharova but underlined that the file that will be transmitted contains elements relating to the explosion of the Crimean bridge, the murder of the Russian journalist Daria Dugina and the war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky, the attack on the co-president of the party “A just Russia – For the truth” Zakhara Prilepin. “We are not yet talking regarding the Crocus City Hall – he added – because materials are needed which the law enforcement agencies must collect and provide”. When “new information appears on the participation, the possible participation of the Ukrainian special services” in the attack on the Crocus , “this additional information will be sent with the request for a precautionary application”.
«The Kiev regime has made its choice. It has followed the path of extremism and terrorism. And she has repeatedly stated that she neither regrets nor condemns the actions of her leaders in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Azov National Battalions and others like them,” Zakharova continued. «They have had time to resolve the issue and understand the enormity of their steps. They took a different path,” she concluded. The Russian Foreign Ministry therefore requested the Ukrainian authorities, within the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Attacks and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism, to arrest and extradite all persons whom Moscow believes were involved in the alleged terrorist attacks . Among these also the head of the Ukrainian security service Vasyl Malyuk.
