Juventus was humiliated by Lazio in the continuation of the Italian Serie A League which took place on Sunday (31/3) early morning WIB. Playing at the opponent’s home ground, the Old Lady lost with a score of 0-1.
What was even more painful, Juventus conceded in the final minutes, precisely in the 90+3 minute. Adam Marusic was the figure who brought nightmares to the visiting team. Marusic managed to score a goal by utilizing Matteo Guendouzi’s perfect cross.
“A team should not concede a goal like what happened to us, with 10 seconds remaining. We are annoyed with the way we lost this match,” said Allegri following the match.
With this defeat, Juventus is now stuck in third place in the standings with a collection of 59 points. Massimiliano Allegri’s men are six points behind Inter Milan in second place and 17 points behind Inter Milan at the top.
Meanwhile, Lazio sits in seventh place with a collection of 4 points. They are eight points away from the Champions League zone which is currently held by the fourth-placed team, Bologna.
