A guitar, a piano, percussion instruments and their voices: Martin and Martina Weiss alias “Coverage” don’t need anything more to turn an event into a unique experience.
With a lot of sense of rhythm, powerful vocals and unique acoustics, the duo from Upper Austria has been giving every moment of the bride and groom’s big day just the right musical accompaniment since 2011 and has now established themselves as Austria’s number one wedding band.
When it comes to music, you are literally spoiled for choice. What genres and artists do you have in your program?
Martina Weiss: From Elvis Presley to Austropop and rock classics to current chart breakers like Miley Cyrus, Adele and James Blunt, we serve almost all entertainment genres. You won’t find anything other than Ballermann hits or something similar. In contrast to most other duos or trios, with us every note is played live.

How do you structure your collaboration with the bride and groom to best take their musical preferences and the process into account?
Martin Weiss: First of all, we have a lot of videos on our YouTube channel and Instagram channel where brides and grooms can get an idea of our musical offerings in advance. We always respond to inquiries within a few hours and, even following booking, we are always open to questions and requests from the bride and groom.
We now play at around 40 weddings a year and have been doing so for ten years. So we have a lot of experience, know all the customs and know exactly what is important to make a wedding celebration a real party!
What other services do you offer?
Martina Weiss: In addition to our music, we also rent out an exclusive mirror selfie box. In addition, in recent years we have built up a huge network of partner musicians, but also other service providers such as photographers/videographers, who we are happy to provide.
