Description of the mission:
Under the authority of the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing the company’s commercial policy at the level of 2 targets:
– Exhibitors offering “vintage and high-end” items during our meetings
– People or companies looking for exclusive hospitality to attend our events (our Package Privileges offers).

As such, your main missions will be as follows:
– Take responsibility for the commercial development of products and services:
o Develop the turnover of exhibitors
o Develop the BTB and BTC turnover of our hospitality (Privilege Package)
– Propose solutions adapted to customer needs, write and monitor commercial proposals;
– Budget for the different needs (VIP space, cost of exhibitors, etc.)
– Development of commercial offers
– Identify business opportunities and have a commercial prospecting approach with automotive, lifestyle and other players, geolocate companies likely to have hospitality needs (mailing, telephone follow-up, trade fairs, etc.)
– Telephone prospecting, e-mail…
– Update and enrich the exhibitor/VIP customer database
– Bring a commercial and strategic vision to the development of our events (Merchandising, advertising page, etc.)
– Creation and sending of Newsletters
– Follow customer files from prospecting to order taking to attendance at the event.
o Before the event, a prospecting part then logistical coordination to identify the needs of exhibitors (tents, electricity, furniture) and hospitality (furniture/floral decoration, catering, etc.)
o Before the event, a communication coordination part (site, RS) to send campaigns to our targets for the opening of tickets and the sale of our hospitality packages.
o Upstream, management of ticketing and sending of access to the event (access ticket, logistical information, etc.)
o At the event, ensure all logistical and relational aspects in relation to your Hospitality/Exhibitor clients

– Guarantee the administrative and financial monitoring of customer accounts (from quote to invoicing): invoicing monitoring, updating cost monitoring tables and good coordination with the accounting department.
– Establish regular reporting and analysis of actions

The position’s missions are not exhaustive and evolve according to opportunities. The important thing is to have a proactive spirit, an entrepreneurial vision and very good interpersonal skills.

You will be attached to the Marketing department, and you will work in pairs on the sales position.
The position is to be filled on a permanent basis from April
Required profile :
Commercial training (Bac+3 minimum) with a specialization in event marketing and a good command of English. You have initial sales experience (at least 3 years).
You demonstrate proactivity in your approach to new clients and have the ability to understand and understand the issues encountered by clients.
Your sense of service and listening, your flexibility and your responsiveness will allow you to succeed in this role. Organized & methodical, you know how to report and define priorities. Please note that a lot of travel is expected.
