In this activity, the Head of LKPP RI, Hendrar Prihadi, said that the new version of the E-Catalog might further boost the involvement of MSEs-Cooperatives and purchasing domestic products in government procurement. This is because the latest version of E-Katalog which was launched has a more integrated and responsive system, making it easier to use.
Furthermore, the man who is familiarly called Hendi revealed that the launch of E-Catalog version 6.0, which was designed with PT Telkom Indonesia, was a response to procurement problems received by LKPP RI.
“So far there has been a lot of input given to LKPP regarding the E-Catalog system that is already running, including making E-Catalog faster to access and easier to use, so we are trying to respond to this input by updating the E-Catalog system to version 6,” ” said Hendi.

On the other hand, the Indonesian Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Abdullah Azwar Anas, praised Hendi for successfully building an E-Catalog system that is easier to use. According to him, this is in line with the current spirit of government bureaucratic reform, which no longer focuses on long systems, but rather on the impact and benefits.
“Appreciation to Mas Hendi who was agile in orchestrating the team to come up with new things. Through E-Catalog version 6, LKPP has succeeded in breaking down bureaucratic overlap through digitalization, which is important because spending on domestic products has been included as an assessment of bureaucratic reform.
