While the rallying of young people from the PPRD including Henri Magie and Yannick Tshisola to the AFC-M23 rebellion coordinated by the former president of the CENI Corneille Naanga continues to hit the headlines, the secretary general of the current ruling party UDPS Augustin Kabuya loudly affirmed that the former president of the Democratic Republic of Congo Joseph Kabila and his Camp are maintaining the said rebellion.
