For comparison: at the beginning of 2023, 500-600 people a day applied to the contract center with the Ministry of Defense. Now there are 20–30 people, the publication’s sources say. One of the goals of the new massive army recruitment, they say, is to free up experienced soldiers for the attack on Kharkov.

This spring conscription will be absolutely disastrous and terrible for Moscow. There the centralization of the work of military registration and enlistment offices began.
