Common path for city and country

I read the SN with interest every day, especially in the last few weeks and days.
Without a doubt, the difficult economic circumstances of many people were also a driving force behind the election results. If the question is not when and where to go on vacation, but whether you can even pay fixed costs with your wages, you will also vote for candidates who promise a quick solution. The question of what this solution actually looks like and how it can be designed for the common good has hardly been explained in detail.

Here it is appropriate to take a look at the economic performance of the state and city of Salzburg. A lot has happened here in recent years to build a new line of innovative companies alongside tourism and proven industrial companies. There was hardly any mention of this in the media. You don’t have to be a trained economist to understand that increased social engagement without support from economic performance remains theoretical.

The election results in the city of Salzburg and the state elections in the state of Salzburg gave the two people responsible essentially the same number of mandates. It can therefore be assumed that Mayor Auinger and Governor Haslauer, together with all other representatives of the political spectrum, will take a prudent and sustainable and therefore successful path for Salzburg State and Salzburg City in terms of economic policy and social policy.
