“This year, we heard especially often that the “Kino pavasaris” program will contain more than ever films that are important not to miss – we felt this throughout the festival, seeing how many spectators gather in cinema halls and how intensively they discuss following one or another screenings live or in the social space , – says Konradas Kazlauskas, executive director of “Kino pavasaris”.
However, as always, the days of the festival pass too quickly, the agenda of each spectator is laid out very carefully and it is natural that there is not enough time to see everything. Therefore, the audience’s favorite films will remain in the repertoire of cinemas for some time – it is true, there should not be a long delay, as the number of screenings will be limited.”

Garrone’s drama, which was nominated for an Oscar and won the Silver Lion for Best Director at the Venice Film Festival “I’m the captain here” (I am Captain).
