She is now one of the 30 people trained thanks to the sessions organized by the agency.
The agency Occitanie movie has set up these training courses, delivered by speakers from the Egae groupto allow a better prevention and an better management of violence sexual and sexist, and harassment.
Because until now, having a VSS contact person (sexist and sexual violence) and harassment in a film crew is OBLIGATORY. On the other hand, when people are designated, these referents are not not necessarily trained. They become referents, in addition to their usual functions, and often have to learn live on the ground what that entails. This training therefore aims to train in advance field experience.
