The District Administration has taken an inclusive and co-responsible step, by presenting the first of eight offers of procedures and services scheduled for 2024 through the Fair ‘Let’s go back to my Cali Bella’. The event aimed to strengthen the social fabric of the city by bringing the institutional offer directly to the territories, marking a milestone in urban revitalization.
The Feria It had the participation of 19 district organizations, private entities, military forces, Metropolitan Police and relief and emergency organizations, guaranteeing a comprehensive presence of the Mayor’s Office.
The event took place at Mariano Ramos Sports Centerwhich allowed the attendance of the inhabitants of commune 16, made up of the neighborhoods Republic of Israel, Popular Housing Union, Mariano Ramos, Brisas del Limonar, Ciudad 2000, Vendimia and La Alborada.
“This initiative not only improves the quality of life of citizens, but also strengthens the link between the community and the District Administration led by Mayor Alejandro Eder, whose objective is unity and collaborative work to recover Cali,” indicated Alexander Camacho Erazo, secretary of Territorial Development and Citizen Participation.

Victims of the armed conflict: Guidance was provided on the institutional offer of the Regional Center for Attention to Victims (CRAV), in addition to other services such as free procedures at the Registry and educational access with places to complete primary, secondary and extra-age [*].
Early Childhood: Through stories, colors, toys and a lot of fun, detailed information regarding the program and the different modalities of comprehensive care available for pregnant and breastfeeding women were made known; and for boys and girls from 0 to 5 years old.
Women-gender equity: The types of gender-based violence were addressed, as well as the lines of work that aim to empower Cali women in political, economic, labor and social spheres. It was also explained how to activate the care route in case of being a victim of gender-based violence and the importance of knowing, positioning and betting on a District System of Care.
CaliDiversidad: respect and importance of the rights of the population were promoted LGTBIQ+along with the dissemination of the care route and legal and psychosocial support.
Family and Childhood: How to prevent, identify and react to an alleged case of risk, sexual abuse and/or labor exploitation of children and adolescents was socialized through the care route. Likewise, the national toll-free line 141 of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (Icbf), to report any type of emergency or complaint. Likewise, the institutional offer for the population was shared.
Old person: Personalized attention was provided to clarify doubts and concerns of this population. It was also explained how the program services work and what they consist of, such as prevention and promotion, social protection, culture of agingamong others.
Social Prosperity: It was one of the most visited stands by the inhabitants of the Commune 16who resolved all your questions regarding registration and permanence in the training programs. Citizen Income, Youth Income, VAT Refund and Greater Colombia.
