The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) approved the distribution of cash dividends of IDR 70.15 per share or the equivalent of IDR 540.40 billion, 50% of the performance net profit in 2023. The dividend distribution was carried out as a form of their commitment to all stakeholders (stakeholders), especially investors.

In the midst of challenging conditions, the Bank continues to provide its best efforts in providing more intensive assistance to customers as a form of commitment to loyally empower inclusive communities. One of them is by involving more young people in assisting the ultra-micro segment through the Bestee (Empowering Together with Indonesian Right Friends) program in collaboration with the Merdeka Campus. Currently, more than 49 thousand female customers have received assistance from 1,821 facilitators in advancing their businesses in more than 827 sub-districts in Indonesia.
In terms of performance, BTPN Syariah recorded a net profit of IDR 1.08 trillion and distributed financing for inclusive communities of IDR 11.38 trillion throughout 2023. Not only that, the Bank’s financial ratios were also recorded as healthy and strong, such as Return on Assets (RoA) 6, 3% and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) 51.6%.
