The Automatic Pricing Committee for Petroleum Products decided to move the prices of gasoline of all types by one pound, in the early hours of Friday morning, March 22, 2024, Ramadan 12, 1445 AH.
According to a statement, the committee explained that the increase comes in line with the rise in global oil prices, so that the new prices become 11 pounds per liter of gasoline 80, 12.50 pounds per liter of gasoline 92, and 13.50 pounds per liter of gasoline 95.
The committee decided to raise the price of diesel fuel to 10 pounds per liter, in addition to increasing the price of a 12.5-kg butane gas tube from the warehouse floor to the consumer to 100 pounds.
The Official Gazette published the decision, while the Ministry of Petroleum issued a statement regarding the details of the decision of the Automatic Pricing Committee for Petroleum Products.
