Die Oberbank expands its board of directors from four to five members. The Supervisory Board appointed Romana Thiem as a member of the Board of Directors at the beginning of October 2024, as was announced today, Thursday. She will be responsible for private customer business and private banking on the committee and will therefore take over the agendas of Martin Seiter, who will work together with him in the future Oberbank-Boss Franz Gasselsberger will concentrate on the corporate customer business.
With Thiem’s arrival, the committee once more has three sales directors, the broadcast continued. Thiem is a qualified lawyer and has been working for the company since 2005. A year ago, Isabella Lehner became the first woman to join the Oberbank board.
