National holiday / opposition / satirical party MKKP
Written by Rainer Ackermann
The satirical party of the two-tailed dog (MKKP) celebrated March 15th by “occupying” the Freedom Bridge.
The co-chairs and local politicians Zsuzsanna Döme and Gergely Kovács addressed, in their usual ironic manner, all bourgeois voters who have had their hopes disappointed sometimes with Fidesz, sometimes with the Christian Democrats, with Mi Hazánk, with the LMP or with someone else see, not to mention the supporters of the Reformed Church, who would now have to worry regarding the new child protection law.
In all seriousness, they consider the country’s sovereignty to be an extremely important asset. The MKKP members want to stop the emigration of young people by “reducing wages in the West by 20% with immediate effect, but also in Romania by 10%”.
The independent politician Krisztina Baranyi, who was elected mayor of the Ferencváros district in 2019 with the support of the MKKP, said that the MKKP was no longer a joke party. After 14 years of the Orbán system, there are no more absurdities that those in power cannot surpass.
