A certificate to the 29 young talents who participated in the first edition of “Next Gen Days”, the multi-year program promoted by the Advisory Board for Foreign Investors of Confindustria aimed at increasing the professional and leadership skills of young corporate talents through training days and networking with colleagues from other companies. The event was held at the university headquarters in Luiss, Rome.
In today’s working context, more and more companies are collaborating and sharing experiences to promote an integrated and strategic vision. The human capital it’s a decisive lever for multinationalsas emerges from the data of the Confindustria Foreign Business Observatory, now in its fifth edition.
Multinationals are at the forefront of investing in training. They were 18 the foreign-controlled Italian companies, united in ABIE, who joined the project, selecting the talents to be involved in the “Next Gen Days” project among their employees. The 29 boys were hosted in four training meetings in Basf Italia, Novartis Italia, Nestlè Italia Group and Kering Italia.
Each appointment included ad hoc trainingthe four macroareas: manufacturing, leadership, sustainability and business management. In the second session, which has just started, the companies that will host the training days are increasing: Birra Peroni, Siemens, Toyota Material Handling Italia and Volkswagen Group Italia are added.
The number of companies participating has also increased from 18 to 20.
