Restrictions have been introduced on the operation of Moscow airports Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky. This was reported by the Federal Air Transport Agency. The reason was Ukrainian drone attacks on the territories of Moscow and the Moscow region.
“From 09:39 Moscow time on March 17 (Sunday), restrictions have been introduced on the operation of Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports,” – transmits department in the telegram channel. This was done to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights, the Federal Air Transport Agency clarified.
The head of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, reported on attacks by Ukrainian drones on March 17. He reported five UAV attacks. Russian air defense systems shot down each of them.
