Russia: Putin Voted Online For Presidential Election – ‘Thank You, You’ve Voted Successfully’ | World: News and News from around the World – 2024-03-17 08:04:34

Via the Internet, Vladimir Putin decided to vote for the presidential elections in Russia.

In particular, Russian President Vladimir Putin voted online today, on the first day of the presidential election which he is considered certain to win, re-elected for a new six-year term, in the absence of an opponent.

In the footage broadcast by public television, Putin walks into an office and sits in front of a computer, with two Russian flags in the background. The message “Thank you, you have successfully voted” is then displayed on the computer screen.

However, it should be noted that the first day of the presidential elections in Russia is going through obstacles, as in some – few, but impressive – cases, citizens have decided to “explosively” show their opposition to Vladimir Putin and the entire process.

In some polling centers in Russia, fires were “suddenly” lit, either in a screen or in the ballot box that will in any case re-elect Vladimir Putin as president, while in others citizens poured liquid into the ballot box in order to cancel the ballots of the presidential elections.
