Sonko, I love you, but I’m ashamed! From emotion to shame!

Ousmane Sonko, leader of the Pastef les patriotes party, recently dissolved and recovered following a shameful negotiation with Macky Sall, the most radical opposition of this generation, the man most loved by young people, the one who carried the pan-African project with responsibility and so many other little-known projects that inspired radical change in Senegal. I am speaking exclusively to this politician who became a politician, the one who said he would never speak to Macky Sall and ended up saying that one does not negotiate with the thick under the blow then ended up negotiating with the “monster” to the point of calling him President Macky Sall, which never happened. Besides, I remember that you said that Macky Sall did not deserve to be called President, you would not call him president because he was illegitimate.

Sonko, you who had half of the youth in the streets of Dakar for a rape case of which you were accused and you were at the scene of the crime during curfew during the health crisis of Covid-19.

Sonko, you who made me resign from my position as editor-in-chief at the Leral group, leaving all the favors, thinking that you were suffering an injustice. I left my future in audiovisual and I faced many risks, I suffered enormous difficulties following my resignation and I faced alone as a woman to resist and continue my passion in the shadow, taking refuge in the written press while maintaining my dignity with humility.

Sonko, you who are the cause of several human and material losses, you were at the heart of the hatred that all young people bore once morest Macky Sall and his henchmen.

Sonko, when you were considering marrying a third wife in prison before your release, did you think of this martyred generation without a wife, husband or child for your cause?

Sonko, for you, there are young people who have lost their jobs, who have tasted prison, who have left their family, who preferred their parents to you, who have lost their sense of reason, carried away by the The emotion I had for you when I told you that evening when you left Cap Manuel prison where you told us that you were in comfort on square meters in a residential suite.

Sonko, isn’t it up to you to ask for forgiveness from the Senegalese population who love you for no reason?

Sonko, weren’t you the one who said no to France and who came back to hire a French arsonist and populist lawyer?

Sonko, you who are a pure product of Senegal, who studied in Senegal for free and worked in public administration, benefited from three wives, children and houses in upscale neighborhoods of Dakar, have you thought regarding this youth who did not have this chance that you had in Senegal by negotiating with Macky Sall?

Sonko, have you thought regarding all this youth who follows you for no reason but out of emotion? This youth who aspires to change, this youth who has lost all hope with Macky Sall and some of these men who have finished proving to us arrogance, contempt and mediocrity indoctrinated with absolute impunity, have you had a thought for this youth?

I belong to this youth who spends their time training to strengthen their intellectual capacities in order to be at the meeting point of knowledge to find hope with the rupture of the system by the anti-system that you embodied before your negotiation with the “monster” that you spare today in your speech.

I am stunned, since your press conference, I have lost my tongue and my pen. From emotion to reason, today, as a young person having had all this hope in you, Sonko I am ashamed!!!
