Telecom Operator WOM Files Lawsuit Against Claro Chile for Unfair Competition | Latest Updates and Response from Both Companies

“At Claro we believe and promote healthy competition, ethical behavior in business and unrestricted respect for consumer rights. Therefore, we adhere to strict operational behavior policies,” adds the company of Mexican origin.

Finally, Claro indicates that it is “an active participant in the working groups together with Subtel and Sernac, which seek to promote best practices in the industry for the benefit of consumers.”
