The Brazilian Association of Human Resources-Sectional Paraná (ABRH-PR) has Registration open for the 2024 edition of the Human Being Award (PSH). Companies and Human Resources professionals who have distinguished themselves not only in their careers, but also play a fundamental role in promoting the human side of HR management, can apply. The award for this 13th edition seeks to value work that took into account the interests of people, organizations and society, generating measurable results. The evaluation is carried out by an Evaluation Committee made up of renowned professionals, volunteers and representatives from different cities in our country. Projects are awarded in five categories: Organizational Excellence, Development, ESG, Young People and Outstanding Professional in People Management.
To the PSH Director, Lúcia Fernandesparticipating in the Human Being Award brings benefits to an organization, such as ABRH-PR’s recognition of the importance of work for society, appreciation of the company in the market, visibility in the media and confirmation that the company is making the environment better and healthier at work.

Through the Human Being Award, ABRH-PR helps develop a better world for current and future generations. The award was established in 1993 by ABRH Brasil and in 2010 by ABRH-PR and aims to provide more humane and healthy environments to work, encourage diversity and inclusion and promote the sustainability of the planet.
Registrations
The deadline for PSH 2024 registrations will be March 26th. Projects must be sent from March 27th to April 25th, and will be evaluated between April 26th and May 31st. The award ceremony for the winners is scheduled for June 20th.
Members interested in participating will be exempt from paying the registration fee. For non-members, the value will be R$195.00 (Individuals) and R$320.00 (Legal Entities). The winners of the Ser Humano Award in Paraná will compete for the national award, organized by ABRH Brasil.
